Standby Ticket Policy
This policy is only applicable for events that are "Sold Out."
TDPS will maintain a standby ticket list for all sold out performances. The standby ticket list opens one hour before each performance, in person at the box office. You cannot join the list in advance and must be physically present at the performance's scheduled start to receive a standby ticket. Each guest can request one (1) standby ticket. No late seating will be permitted from the standby list. Standby tickets are provided free of charge, open to all, subject to the discretion of the house manager, and subject to availability.
Ticketed guests who have not arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of a sold out performance are at risk of having their seats released to the standby list. No refund will be offered if a ticketed guest's seat is released to the standby list, but an exchange to a future performance will be offered free of charge- if available.
Unless indicated otherwise, all Dance Concerts have 20 standby tickets available for ground seating (no chair provided). These tickets are available in accordance with the above policy.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat choices. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact the Box Office to seek a refund from the Box Office when the Box Office is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Box Office. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and the Box Office may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using tuftsTDPStickets.com or the Box Office services.
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. If an event is canceled, please contact the Box Office for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations. Contact the Box Office for exact instructions. Please make sure to include/provide your order number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.
In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the Box Office's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the Box Office's discretion. If the Box Office issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid). In no event will delivery charges or any other fees or amounts be refunded. The Box Office will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. We cannot offer refunds due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. If an event is rescheduled you will receive updated tickets reflecting the new date and time.
